Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to the relevant order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original box with all manuals and cables. Ensure the device is protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
